An elegant and distinctive fragrance, carried by the choice of an unusual ingredient, white cocoa. A rare variety, this white cocoa grows in the heart of the oldest plantations, in Piura, northwest Peru. Hand-pulled from the pods, the beans are fermented before being sun-dried and roasted. In order to capture the most beautiful facets of this white cocoa, the perfumer collaborated with a French master chocolatier to obtain the perfect roast, thus revealing sensual notes of nuttiness and milk, with an undertone of tonka bean. After an opening of sweet rum, perfumer Marie Hugentobler reveals the addictive bitter taste of cocoa, comforted by powdery and woody notes. A base of light tobacco, patchouli and sandalwood follows, which gives Cacao Porcelana its sensual and unique signature.
