The strength and fragility of the daffodil; a fragrance between shadows and light. Perfumer Marie Hugentobler selects the exceptional daffodils that grow in the French mountains of Aubrac. It takes almost 1,600 kilograms of these wildflowers, collected by local growers, to produce one kilogram of daffodil absolute, with its powerful and delicate floral facets. In Narcise Tiji, the perfumer highlights the opposing forces in this precious and multifaceted flower. To the bright and vegetal side of the freshly cut flower, the perfumer opposes the dark and animalic side of the narcissus, enhanced by accents of leather and patchouli.
